We sterilize all reusable equipment, including dental hand pieces. We use an autoclave, a device that kills bacteria and viruses by steam, heat, and pressure.

We had our first visit at Shaenfield Family Dental for my three kids’ cleanings. They made all of the kids feel comfortable and were very down to Earth. They did very 4 year old friendly x-rays and praised all the kids for being helpful and cooperative. I went in for a simple extraction, ended up with three. Had the whole staff working through lunch, they never complained once. They treated me so well. I took my young grandson into the office to have a chipped tooth repaired. This was his first visit to this office. From the time we walked in we were warmly greeted by the representative at the front desk as well as the entire staff. Dr. Hasheem was extremely patient and compassionate. She took extra time to explain the procedure to him and keep him updated of his progress while he was sitting in the exam chair. The dental technician also took time to reassure him and check on his comfort. In a short time the procedure was completed and the result looked great!
